Let’s slay monsters and share jokes, because in this guild, loot isn’t as precious as the pals we make. Join us – where your unique playstyle is always the perfect fit.
We’re home to a progression raiding team, key pushers, and player-versus-player smashers! We’ve even become more than just your typical raiding guild. Above Average is a place where international friendships are forged. We have members located all over the Americas, and even some in Europe/Australia. One of our main goals we pride ourselves on is to treat each other as equals, while striving for continued success.

Above Average is the place for you. Whether you’ve been playing World of Warcraft for the last 15 years, a returning player, or a fresh-faced newbie, we can offer you a home. It’s our desire to grow our community while keeping it a non-toxic wasteland. We are a safe haven for anyone who has ever been harassed in a raiding guild or in life. We want you to feel welcome here. We strive to maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive atmosphere in our community, and we want everyone in our community to be able to experience a pleasant and fun environment. Although toxic and disrespectful players are a minority, they often have a large impact and create a negative atmosphere.
Our Goals
Above Average is a place where day-to-day happenings are commonplace, but more importantly we’ve set ourselves some goals we take to heart:
- Foster a community of people that enjoy playing together that do not view raiding as a job, but rather as a privilege.
- Create an environment of growth instead of stagnation.
- Achieve reasonable progression, while offering various raiding alternatives.
- Provide a hospital home to our members to combat loneliness.
- Reach AoTC each Tier.
