Leadership and Ranks
The following guild ranks appear as they do in-game for our guild.
Guild Master: Guild master of Above Average, Lumie. GM coordinates officer meetings, organizes events, and manages our guild’s Discord. Also, with all other officers, handles HR issues in Discord and in-game.
Officers: Officers who manage day-to-day social happenings, recruitment, and other responsibilities. If you need to reach an officer for help, suggest ideas, or to address an issue you are having, look for them in-game or under “Officers” in the side bar of Discord. Their game names are (alts are not listed here):
- Administration/Logistics: Lumie
- Prime Time Coordinator: Noralizn
- Late Night Coordinator: Krea
- Community/Discord: Csorba
- Events Coordinator: Gerry
Veterans: Players at this rank are trusted mentor figures of the guild (like an officer without the title and responsibilities). They help with Mythic+ Runs, coaching, professions, lore help, etc.
Veteran Responsibilities include:

- Professions/Crafting
- Class/Role Mentors
- Raid Leads
Raiding/Mythic+ Ranks
Raid Leaders & Raiders: This rank is for raiders and/or dedicated Mythic+ runners. Players have gone through an application, interview process, or have been invited privately. If you wish to be promoted to any these ranks, please reach out to a recruiter, raid leader, or an officer. Additionally, these members enjoy daily guild bank perks!
- Raid Leader(s): Noralizn, Lumie, Gerry, Loopey
- Log Analyst: Bonkadin
Member: Players that have proven raid and/or Mythic+ ready (has ilvl requirements) but not on a rostered team.
Casual Ranks
Casual: Players that are not on a raid team/non-mythic+ runner. Friends and family of raiders are welcome in this guild. Social members enhance our community chats and fun runs and are a valuable part of our community. Social members are held to the same code of conduct as raiders. Social members are permitted to stay indefinitely as long as they are somewhat active.
Initiate: Any player that is new to the guild.
Alts: All alts of raiding/non-raiding members.
Perks
The guild bank has two tabs that players with raider, member, and casual ranks may withdraw from daily. Whether you’re short on funds or stuck in a dungeon and need drums, there are a multitude of goods at your fingertips. We also offer guild repairs, courtesy of the bank. We host seasonal donation drives to restock the guild bank, as well as frequent sales services to replenish our gold reserves. Wanna see my wares?
